MVES - WOO HOO!!! We completed 3rd and 4th grade ACT Aspire testing today and again, we had 100% of our 3rd and 4th graders at school!! THANK YOU to all of our parents, guardians, & caregivers for making that happen. THANK YOU to our 3rd and 4th graders for showing up and working so hard this week. We couldn't ask for a better group of students. You guys ROCK!! THANK YOU to our teachers who had 100% attendance for all three days of testing!! Your dedication to our students is second to none!! This has been the BEST attendance and we couldn't be prouder of our students. We had 100% of our students for 2 days of testing and 99% on the other day (which is 99.7%)!! Absolutely amazing!! While our students and teachers rocked the test, our parents/guardians/caregivers rocked the support!! #togetherweswarm

MVES - Have you ever wondered how your hand and fingers move?!?! Students discovered the mechanism by which their muscles control their bones to move their bodies. They constructed a model of a human finger and observed how pulling on a string (a model for tendons) causes it to bend at the joints. We love to learn how things work!!
