MVES - Thank you, Centennial Bank, for the hot chocolates to warm up our morning this week!

MVES - Fourth graders completed a pumpkin catapult challenge by planning, creating, testing, and improving their individual designs. Then, they competed in two challenges. The first challenge was to land a candy corn pumpkin into a pumpkin bucket. The second challenge was to launch the pumpkin the maximum possible distance. All the data was collected, analyzed, and recorded. It's amazing what you can learn with candy corn pumpkins!!

MVES - Second graders learned the properties of matter by testing candy to send to Camp “Way too Hot”. We tested candy to find out which ones would melt in the hot water and which ones would sustain "the trip."

MVES - Second students made their very own “land” after reading our story, "Mattland." What a fun activity on pajama day!

MVES - Remember to wear ORANGE for Halloween tomorrow!

MVES - Thank you, Centennial Bank, for provided breakfast for our staff to get the week rolling!
